Activities - Salt Water Purification

Salt is an essential element that literally conducts electrical energy. It can be used symbolically to neutralize negative energy, attract positivity, and balance the energy of objects and yourself. If you are lucky enough to live near an ocean, you may use it as the ultimate purification bath. Otherwise a cup filled with water and three teaspoons of sea salt stirred in counterclockwise will suffice.

If you have any new tools, a knife, crystal, or stone you can let them sit in this water overnight to purify them. And after a moment of meditation, you may also choose to take a symbolic sip from your cup of salt water as a personal cleansing ritual.
