Travel Magic - Clear the Energy

Light the incense. The flame will extinguish and the incense will smoke. Carry the matches with you so if the smoking stops, you can re-light and continue. Walk the perimeter of the room counterclockwise. Fan the smoke into the corners with your hand. Don’t forget closets or the bathroom.

Once around the room should be sufficient. If the room felt especially ‘crowded’ or dark when you arrived. Then do this 2 more times for a total of 3 times. Or if you are going to be in the room for several days, take the time to circle the room 3 times. This ensures a more thorough cleansing.

As you walk, say the following affirmation.

I release all previous energy attached to this space, positive, negative, or otherwise.

Visualize the room brightening as all of the previous energy is washed away by the smoke.
