After your room is clear, you should feel a ‘freed-up’ feeling about the place. Now you may introduce a new balanced and nurturing energy.

Walk the perimeter of the room again, clockwise this time. Visualize the room surrounded by bright blue/white light. Symbolically project ‘light’ with the forefinger of your dominant hand and as you walk and repeat the following affirmation.

“This room is filled with Spirit and Light, and all things that are Holy and Right.”

Don’t forget closets or the bathroom.

You have now blessed your room and cast a circle.

Now it is time to anoint yourself and re-dedicate yourself to life. Start by placing a droplet of water on the thumb of your dominant hand. Begin by saying

I dedicate my life to God/Goddess…

Then touching your thumb to your forehead saying

In my mind

Then touching your thumb to your lips

…In my body…

Then touching your thumb over your heart

…In my spirit….

Then clasp your hands together in prayer

….and with all of my strength and will.
