Love Spell - Step Six – Anoint Your Candle

The green candle and holder colors are NOT a mistake. Green is the color of the Heart Chakra and thus governs Love. The colors red or pink - which are more often associated with Love - do not really have much to do with what people feel true Love is about. Red is the color of the Root or Base Chakra and is associated with primal urges and sex, not ‘love’! And pink is the color of protection. Being protected is hardly the way to attract Love into your life now is it? If Love=Sex to you, then this is not the spell for you.

Place your candle in front of you facing with the wick upright.

Anoint your candle by placing a tiny amount of oil on the forefinger and thumb of your dominant hand.

Place your forefinger and thumb on either side of the candle (the candle itself-not the candle holder).

Spin the candle counterclockwise with your other hand. (Try to spin it 3 times.)

Then run your forefinger and thumb once up the wick.
