Now that your candle is lit it is time to release the ideas in your mind that have held you back. Carefully read out loud everything you have written on your Banishing Scroll.

Then with your black or red marker draw a Banishing Pentagram over the list. A Banishing Pentagram is drawn like this…

Next, tear the list in half, and then in quarters and burn it carefully with the flame of your anointed candle.

Repeat the following affirmation three times. “I release myself from my past. I release myself from any negative thoughts that prevent me from knowing and becoming all that I am meant to be and have.”

Place the burning Scroll in the ashtray as it burns. If it does not completely burn, light a match using the flame of your candle to ignite it and burn the remaining fragments until they are ashes.
