Love Spell - Step Ten – Thanksgiving

The final step you must take is one of thanksgiving. You have been given a great gift: the opportunity to change and move towards something new. To maintain a balanced energy, it is essential to be in a state of gratitude. Now is the perfect time to appreciate your situation. Whether it is being thankful for the love you have received in the past (even if it was not sufficient or what you deserved), or for the people you have allowed yourself to love whether or not they returned it, (you learned that you could love – what a gift!), or for whatever brought you to this moment no matter how wonderful or devastating. It made you who you are today and that is OK.

When you are ready to conclude your ritual, take another deep breath and while placing your palms on the floor visualize the positive energies you have called upon to return to the earth. This is a gesture reaffirming your acknowledgement of the symbolic source of your energy. It is also an affirmation of the fact that as long as you are alive on earth you can always connect with God and Goddess.
