Summer Solstice Ritual - Additional Sabbath Tools

The Summer Solstice Ritual follows the format outlined in the previous chapter. Rather than re-write the same elements that occur in every Ritual, refer back to that chapter for the general outline and included text. Then use the Additional Tools, History, Ritual and Concluding Remarks for this specific Sabbath as written below. Colors to wear

red and orange

bright and happy

Guests Bring

full rose in bloom (preferably with scent - no rosebuds)

token present for their pet (if they have one)

Leader Supplies

bonfire pit (with fire built and ready to light) or very large candle on a fire-safe tray

lavender stems or sprays

circular wreath of flowers

extra flowers in case anyone forgets to bring one

Vase with water for flowers that people bring to the ritual.

Seasonal Incense or Oil

lavender incense is best

Floral incense such as rose or gardenia will do.

Special Refreshments

milk
