Samhain / Halloween Ritual - Halloween S‚ance

Dear Anand,
My friends are planning to do a s‚ance for a Halloween party, but it's not fun and games were pretty serious about it, and we know mostly everything there is to know about how to perform this. What I would like to know is should we do it, And if so, what are some tips you can give us to let it be safe and not over welcome the spirits invitation? If there is anything that we should look out for please inform me. Thank you

This one is a little out of Wicca territory, but I didn't want to leave you completely hanging, so... I recommend not holding a s‚ance and just doing an appropriate ritual for All Hallow's Eve. Use the Samhain Ritual in this guide. Create a sacred space and request the guidance of others who have gone on before us to the next life. If you have never participated in a ritual before or are unfamiliar with the tools of Wicca it is strongly suggested you do your homework before partaking in a ritual as serious as this.
